Project Hello Stranger hopes to create friendlier community

180 youths from the Project Hello Stranger team fanned out along Orchard Road on Saturday and gave out 6,000 balloons to the weekend crowd.

The movement started by two fresh graduates aims to help strangers to connect.

Those who received the balloons are encouraged to pass it on to the next passer-by.

The idea is to break barriers between strangers.

The team hopes the project can bring change to Singapore and create a warmer and friendlier community.
