MINDS is currently in need of a group of volunteers to come in and help them with a project under the Social Enterprise initiative at their SIA-MINDS Employment Development Centre from now till 3 May.
They are making carnations as part of the Mothers Day project. Due to the huge quantity , they are in need of volunteers help. Volunteers will be working together with adult trainees from the MINDS Craft Unit at the Employment Centre. The involvement is flexible. Volunteers will be required to commit at least 2 hrs per visit . The volunteer period is from 22 April till 3 May and commitment of at least 6 hrs is required throughout the whole period. 10 – 20 Volunteers are required from now till 3 May on a daily basis to help complete the project.
