Be the Change Exposition 2013, Singapore’s Biggest showcase of social initiatives by children, requires 20 event volunteers to help with:
Job Responsibilities:
- Event coordination
- Helping with logistics and entertainment planning
- Working with various partners at the event
- Helping with Registration desk and Rsvp
Job Requirements:
- Able to take “common sense” initiatives
- Good interpersonal skills
- A passion for events and communication and to work in social sector
- Ability to multi task
Details of Event:
- Event Date: 12th November
- Time commitment: On the day of the event from 8 am to 1.30 pm, and one day before the event to help with logistics in the evening for 2-3 hours (May need to attend volunteer meeting few days before the event and may need to help with pre-event work for few hours a week)
