PROJECT BUTTERFLY is returning to Kampong Glam this National Day. They will be visiting lower-income elderly residents living in rental flats and bringing their gift of music and joy to them. They will also be honouring them by organising a lunch event with performances put up by fellow volunteers. It will be a blast and they are looking for dedicated volunteers to make this a memorable event for all. YOU can be a blessing and make this national day a blast!
Roles:
1. The Butterflies: Do house visits – bring the gift of music and spend quality time with them. No talents required, just the heart to bring joy.
Join as a group of 3 to 5 or sign up as individuals or pairs and allow them to form your group. Join if you enjoy interacting with elderly residents.
2. The Bumblebees aka Logistic Team: Deliver food to the doorstep and the helping hands to help make this event run smoothly.
3. Photographers: Capture the precious memories of the house visits and entire event.
They are also looking for volunteers with talents such as musicians, singers, balloonist, magicians…and the list goes on. Everyone and anyone can be a part of this experience.
