Do you enjoy playing the piano? Are you a music lover? Looking for platforms to meet and bring smiles to people from all walks of life?
Play Me, I’m Yours Singapore 2016 is looking for piano guardians to assist in looking after some lovely street pianos from 14th March to 6th April!
Originating from the UK, this nationwide community arts project is set to give a burst of colour and music to our neighbourhoods spaces and streets.
25 pianos, decorated by 25 social organisations working 25 local artists will be placed in public spaces all over Singapore.
This project aims to engage, connect performers, artists and social welfare organisations with the public!
After the project, the pianos will be donated or auctioned off where the proceeds would go back to the 25 social welfare organisations.
*Please note this piano guardian position is only opened to those who are 18 years of age (as of 14th March 2016) and above.
There is also a compulsory briefing on 8th or 9th March (time TBC) at The Ground Theatre at *SCAPE.
You’ll receive the Official PMIY tee shirt as a token for your contribution. Please do sign up by the 21st of Feb to ensure you get the tee shirt in your preferred size.
