EcoBank – Singapore’s national zero waste campaign – is back for the second year. CDL would like to invite you to join this meaningful social-environmental initiative by becoming a volunteer for EcoBank.
Your support will make a difference in creating awareness for responsible consumption and help promote a zero-waste nation while raising funds for The Children’s Charities Association (CCA). CCA is a partner charity that supports disadvantaged children through its member charities – Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore (MINDS), Association for Persons with Special Needs (APSN), St Andrew’s Hospital, The Singapore Association for the Deaf, Children’s Society and Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore (CPAS).
For this edition of EcoBank, the event aims to raise participation and create greater impact by extending the period of collection drive and fundraising bazaar.
From 13 Jan to 26 Feb 2017, volunteers are welcome to help sort and curate pre-loved items for sale, as well as set-up and manage stalls at the EcoBank charity bazaar. Details on EcoBank volunteer duties and shifts are listed below.
In appreciation, CDL is giving volunteers a token meal voucher of $10 from City Square Mall for every shift they participate in.
