Volunteer Job Scope:
1) Boat Holders: 8pax/day from 11th to 14th October 2017
– To assist with alignment of boats at the start area for racing
– To prepare start pontoon according to boat class/races
Requirements:
– Able to swim
– Average body size (weight >50kg & height >1.5m)
– Able to communicate in basic english
2) Boat Driver: 4 pax/day from 11th to 14th October 2017
– To drive rescue boats
– To assist with rescue on field of play
Requirements:
– PPCDL licensed drivers
– First aider will be an added advantage
3) Officials on land – 6pax/per day from 11th-14th October 2017
– To assist with officiating duties on land such as:
issuance/collection of boat numbers (2 pax)
escorting of rowers to boat weighing (2 pax)
admin runners (2 pax)
– To assist with production results copies to teams and any other information
