Volunteer for Aesthetic Group Gymnastics World Cup 2019

D’Gynastique Academy will be organising the first ever Aesthetic Group Gymnastics World Cup in Singapore from 1st to 4th April 2019.

Aesthetic Group Gymnastics is a newly introduced group sport in Singapore and features 6-10 athletes who will perform a free floor routine that includes the display of a range of technical skills and artistic body movements.

For more information on AGG and the World Cup, do visit www.aggwcsingapore2019.com. With this being the first ever World Cup organised in Singapore, they would require a large number of volunteers.

The job scope for the various roles are as such:
1. Floor Manager: To facilitate warm-up and assist competitors onto competition mat.
2. Warm-up area and Sub hall: To facilitate warm-up in the sub hall and bring competitors up to competition hall.
3. Music: In-charge of playing music for competitors.
4. Judges panel: Collect score sheets at Judges panel
5. Score tabulation and flashing of scores: Experienced with excel and tech handy.
6. Front-Of-House: Facilitate the collection of tickets.
7. Emcee: Confident with speaking in front of large crowds and able to hype the audience
8. Photographer: Photograph the competition and entire event, preferably someone with experience in photographing Sports/Dance/Dynamic Movements.
9. VIP areas and accreditation tags: Check accreditation tags for specific areas.
10. Delegates pick-up: To ensure delegates board buses from airport, hotels, competition halls. You get to interact with teams worldwide!

Roles are given on a first come first serve basis and volunteers may be assigned to other roles if required. The exact time slots can be found on the sign up page.

The organiser is looking for as many volunteers as possible aged 16 years and above. Meals and refreshments will be provided for those who are available for more than 1 slot per day and an event t-shirt will also be provided.
