Empower Ageing aims to transform traditional concepts of outings into personalised excursions specially crafted for seniors with dementia.
Seniors will be meaningfully engaged and guided towards refreshing self discoveries while continuing to learn, develop and unravel their areas of strength from within.
Inevitably, these outings will improve their mental well being and overall quality of life.
