Volunteering Opportunities

Play Beyond is a platform where preloved toys are given a new lease of life. Play Beyond is dedicated to enabling families to sell, donate and buy quality preloved children’s toys in a hassle-free, enjoyable manner.

If you are eco-conscious and passionate about making a positive impact in our community, this is the role for you! We are looking for volunteers who can help us with our sustainability-themed game booths, customer service, an extra pair of hands with packing and unpacking of toys.

There will be a toy collection drive as well as carnival booths at our Earth Explorer event and we need all hands on deck!

Learning Kidz Preschool is organising its annual sports day carnival on 20 July 2024 (Saturday) at Town Square, Our Tampines Hub.

Volunteers are welcome to help through this sports carnival. Through this, they will be able to gain people management, self-confidence and intrapersonal skills.

Play Beyond is a platform where preloved toys are given a new lease of life. We hope to mobilize a circular economy for children’s preloved toys through advocating and enabling a sustainable lifestyle of toy consumption.

If you are eco-conscious and passionate about making a positive impact in our community, this is the role for you! We are looking for volunteers who can help us with our sustainability-themed workshops, customer service, an extra pair of hands with packing and unpacking of toys.

Our sustainability themed workshops include – building a solar-powered toy, building a toy truck/pencil holder with upcycled materials, making a bookmark with handpressed flowers, and playdough fun with ingredients from the kitchen.

This fundraising event is in support of vulnerable children living in Singapore’s public rental flats, through Young Hearts by Singapore Red Cross.

Have a desire to make a difference in a youth’s life? Come & be a part of M.Y Mentoring!

A tailor-made programme that focuses on equipping youths on mental wellness and character development. Since its inception, we have touched the lives of over 1300 students and engaged more than 500 youth volunteers.

Impact a student by journeying with them as a Mentor

Role: Mentor
Date: 3-4 months between Mar– Aug 2024 (Weekly weekday sessions)
Time: 3h/session (afternoon)
Location: North & East

Residential Home
Role: Mentor (females only)
Date: 2 months between Apr– Aug 2024 (Weekly weekday sessions)
Time: 2.5h/session (evening)
Location: Northeast

Criteria:
18-30 years old
Interested to mentor youths (experience is advantageous)
Willing to learn, committed, responsible
Valid Sing Pass for MOE IRS

Role:
Mentor 13 – 16 year-old students in social emotional skills
Co-facilitate activities
Interview required
Training provided
