The Somerset Dialogue Series is a platform by the NYC Academy, a training and development arm by the National Youth Council (NYC), to facilitate the sharing of inspiring and innovative practices among youth and youth sector leaders. The Dialogue Series occurs on a bi-monthly basis and features experts from different industries sharing on practice and even their views of current issues.

The upcoming dialogue will feature Mr Samuel Yuen of Yuen Law LLC who will be sharing on the topic “Social Enterprises: What You Should Know”. Participants will get to better understand possible legal concerns encountered during the setting up and the sustaining of a social enterprise. Other topics such as corporate governance, e-commerce and contract laws will also be touched upon during the dialogue so calling to all social entrepreneurs or anyone who is interested in starting a social enterprise, sign up right away in order to benefit from the informative and interaction session.
