Sports Leadership Camp: Volunteer Leaders Needed

REACH Community Services Society (RCSS) is a charitable organisation that was registered in 1999.

REACH Youth Service is a touchpoint of RCSS that reaches out to the Youth-at-risk (Unforgotten Youth) and aims towards “Activating Strengths, Reaching Potential” among them. More details can be found at: https://www.forgottenyouth-movement.com/

There is an upcoming Sports Leadership Camp and require Volunteers who are keen to lead and have a passion for sports and youth.

As part of equipping you as a leader, 2-day equipping programme will be specially prepared for you if you signup as a volunteer.

1. LEADERSHIP TRAINING (1-day) by Seraph Corp, a boutique leadership consulting firm who will be training you to become a competent leader for the Unforgotten Youth in the 3 different sports platforms. This training will equip you to know yourself more and the traits you possess as a leader for yourself and someone else.

2. SKILLS TRAINING (1-day) by the Programme I/Cs of REACH Youth Service who are competent in their sport (i.e. Dragon Boat, Soccer & CrossFit). They will be equipping you in the basic knowledge to lead the Unforgotten Youth so you can be confident in engaging them during the weekly sessions.
